CUSTOMER’S VOICE
After delivering the uniforms made to order this time, we received valuable feedback from the person in charge of the Shin Yokohama Ramen Museum.
Q : When introducing the uniform, please tell us about the theme, design, & necessary features you requested.
A : We requested a design that combines a formal feel as the face of a museum with the excitement of an amusement centre.
As for features, we asked for a stretchy, easy-to-move fabric, sleeves with three-quarter length sleeves to prevent the sleeves from getting dirty, and we also asked for an intercom loop and pen storage in the pockets, etc.
Q: How were the proposals & responses to your actual initiatives with us?
A : As we worked with Boston to create the uniforms, we were very impressed by their attitude and enthusiasm to respond to our thoughts and requests. In particular, everyone involved, including our president, was very impressed by your presentation video introducing the design.
We felt that the design of the uniforms also came from their sincere commitment to the Shin-Yokohama Ramen Museum. We are very happy that we asked Boston Shokai to do this for us.
Q : How do you feel when you actually wear the uniforms? Please tell us about your comfort & what you like about it.
A : It has good elasticity and is very easy to move around in. It also dries quickly, so you don't have to worry about sweating.
The retro and stylish design is well received by all staff. We love the fact that it matches the place wherever you are in the museum.
Q : How has the uniform motivated your staff?
A : I feel that the new uniforms have brightened up the staff's expressions.
We are often told by customers that our bow tie Ramen pattern, for example, is 'cute', and it has become a good opportunity for communication.
Q : We hope that our uniforms have helped your company's branding.
A : With this uniform, which matches the modern and Showa periods, people can recognise us as Ramen Museum staff at a glance.
We will also post on SNS wearing the uniform and do our best to make the Shin-Yokohama Ramen Museum more widely known.
Q : Do you have any further wishes or requests for Boston in the future? Please give us your opinions on uniform improvements, new proposals, operational aspects, or anything else.
A : I am sure we will need more again as the seasons change, so I would like to ask Boston Shokai to continue to work with us in the future.
I myself experienced many things for the first time during this uniform renewal and I learnt a lot.
Thank you very much for your cooperation with the uniform renewal.
Thank you very much for taking time out of your busy schedule to fill out this survey!
